The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to many restaurants.
Unfortunately, the extra bed provided in my room was excessively soft, and I found it noisy whenever I moved. I was disappointed with the hardness of the main beds. After experiencing varied accommodations throughout Japan, I expected more comfort. This greatly affected my overall sleep quality .

My room included coffee and cell. I had an enjoyable and superb buffet breakfast with many options.
Some of the staff were very rude.

The staff were helpful. They even delivered our luggage to our room while we explored. Spacious rooms with great natural light and a good breakfast selection. The Lawson store connected to the lobby made it convenient for snacks and essentials. A true gem for travelers!

Spacious clean rooms, good location (10 mins walk to susikino and 2 mins walk to subway).. Wifi in lounge and lan in rooms. The room in particular was quite spacious by Japanese standards and had a desk to work on as well. We stayed there 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. They have onsite parking for cars and they charge 1000 yen per day for parking. Concierge was helpful but not very knowledgable.
They are pretty strict about checkin time (2 pm).. We arrived there at 7.30 am ( from Hamanasu express) and were told that we need to pay 5000 yen for early checkin (eventhough they had rooms available). They charge 1000 yen per hour of early checkin capped at 5k.. This looked pretty steep but there are many hotels in Sapporo with similar policy. I know Cross hotel has the same.

Location not far from Nakajima park, airport shuttle bus stop, and metro station and many conveniences and the Nakajima Koen subway station. Soundproof, modern room with nice view as well as bath, and favourable location.

Rooms were tastefully furnished, spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
I had 2 rooms, a double room and triple room. The triple room was not serviced, which was disappointing for otherwise a great hotel.

The room is big and clean. The design is modern. Location is good just next to the underground. Is absolutely value for money !
We went to the lobby coffee shop at 9:15pm. We would like to order waffle. But the waiter said it takes 15 mins for making and the shop will be closed at 10. He still had 45mins to go just not willing to do so !!

The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the underground station, making it convenient for exploring Sapporo.
The only downside was having to pay for parking.

The Ibis Styles in Sapporo is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to Nakajima Park. The room I had was spacious, particularly with the sitting area. I loved the breakfast variety, especially the croissants with Hokkaido butter and jam. The Lawson convenience store in the lobby is super convenient for late-night snacks or quick meals. I did experience a couple of downsides, though. The furniture showed signs of wear and could use some upgrading. And only two out of four beds in the room with real mattresses was disappointing, as the other two were quite thin and uncomfortable. These factors affected my overall comfort .

The microwave in the lobby was super handy, but the beds were way too hard.

This place is just mediocre at best. The air conditioning was weak at night. I would have appreciated a room upgrade for all my troubles. Those laundry facilities? Shared with some random man. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, honestly, pathetic.
